  The property has everything you need for a city break! A comfy quiet room away from the crowds, a good shower, and a strong AC for those very hot Florence summers. The property managers were also very responsive and accommodating. It helps that they wrote to me in English via WhatsApp because my Italian isn't very good

  The hotel is located slightly outside the main tourist area which was ideal as it was a much quieter location. Although we didn't use it very often, it is located right next to bus stop which takes you directly to the train station/other parts of the city.
  
  The room itself was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful, storing our suitcases and providing extra pillows on request. The inclusive mini bar was a lovely and welcoming addition.
