  Everything. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Was a bit concerned regarding booking a taxi for an early flight going on past reviews. Not a problem at all we booked day before. Taxi was there waiting for us. Would highly recommend this hotel.

  The location was perfect and the hotel was exceptionally clean! Staff was friendly and hospitable, we absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend, it’s also conveniently located next to all attractions and restaurants. We also walked to the station for a day trip to Florence. Absolutely perfect.
