You can easily walk to the Leaning Tower area, but you’re far enough away that you won’t be dealing with tour groups outside your window at 7 AM.

The beds are properly comfortable (not those rock-hard European mattresses you sometimes encounter), and the bathrooms are well-designed with decent water pressure.
