  The apartment was easy to find with clear instructions from Prestige. We were greeted on arrival and shown around which was really nice. Communication before and during the stay was easy and clear.
  
  The property was exactly as described, and was large and comfortable. Facilities were good. Washing machine and dishwasher provided, note that laundry detergent was not provided (this was clearly explained by our host on arrival and we had pre-prepared by bringing some with us). Rooms were comfortable, good heating, shutters were very effective at keeping the bedroom dark overnight.
  
  There is minimal noise from the road which was great given how close to the station etc the property is.

  Located across the street from Firenze SMN station with buses and trams right outside the door. Large self contained apartment with clean and comfortable facilities and enough room for a couple.

  The apartment was bigger than I expected with lots of space. Large fride/freezer, proper coffee machine with pods provided.
  Air conditioner was excellent. Washer/dryer was brilliant.
  Patio to sit in evenings also great. Good sound proof windows to block out busy street below.
