  the hotel offers a complementary service of picking up our luggages which is very hard to find in Europe.

  Resturant experience was so great , they offer you cheese with honey and nut as complement and it was so yummy, the tomato's spaghetti was super delicious.
  we couldn't try other services because reached so late but I am sure that everything will blow our minds

  The staff was amazing. Our flight home had been canceled and we needed a place to stay until we could get on another flight.
  We were tired, frustrated and ready to be home.
  The staff welcomed us, made us feel cared for and went above and beyond to make our short stay memorable.

  The hotel is amazing in all means. It has a great view and the room was very clean and had an amazing view. The only downside is that its a bit far from the center and the main attractions. We needed a taxi to move around which costs around 20-30 euros for each ride. So as long as you dont mind the extra taxi cost and you want a nice hotel in Florence then this is the place for you.
