  Nicola and Joyce were excellent hosts. They did everything possible to make you feel welcome and ensure you had whatever information you needed. The location was excellent to transportation, attractions and places to eat. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean and well kept. Even the breakfast each morning was tasty and made for a great start to the day

  The remote check in was so easy! The room had such a sleek yet warm feel. We ordered breakfast the next morning. It was so yummy! The host was also so kind, responsive, and accommodating, especially when we asked for a modification to the breakfast for allergies and to store our luggage the day we checked out before our train. The house is also moments away from the museums, the Duomo, markets, and restaurants!

  Beautifully clean and well kept. Everything was immaculate. We had a fabulous, large bedroom with a spacious en-suite and we had a free standing bath in the bedroom. There were windows two walls so it was very light and airy. There is some city noise, of course, but we like that when we stay in a city.

Facilities
