  The location is excellent, easy walking distance to all the things to do. Air conditioning worked great. Appreciated that we were on the 1st floor in Apt 4, so only 1 flight of stairs to climb. The bedrooms were big and comfortable. The shower was good with hot water, they even supplied shampoo that smelled fantastic. Other reviews say it's dirty but I think it was very clean just a little older. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Even had a small inside courtyard for the smoker in the group.

  The size of the apartment is wonderful, the floor tiles are nice and cool in hot temperatures, and the decor is tasteful and original. I also liked the keypad locking system. The apartment is located in a central, yet pretty quiet area at night.

  A charming apartment in the middle of historic Firenze. The apartment is filled with comfortable armchairs, incredible air conditioning and good beds.
  The owner is very attentive and responsive. We had a problem with the air conditioner and it was fixed immediately.
  We had a great stay and I highly recommend.
