  Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, the hotel is in the city center. Choosing this hotel was a really good idea. The tea served everyday between 16-17 pm and the Spa made our stay more relaxing after visting all day.

  Palazzo Castri 1874 is fabulous, an oasis in the midst of the City of Florence. The staff members were friendly and efficient. The grounds, courtyard and spa/pool were welcome amenities. Fabulous breakfasts as well.
