For morning coffee, locals line up at the bar on the corner — you’ll know you’ve found the right place when you’re the only non-Italian there at 7 AM.

  The place was wonderful. It’s modern, clean and cozy. Great location for using public transportation. Personnel is super helpful and kind.

  Very comfortable and clean BNB! Aesthetic and tasteful decor. It is a 6 mins walk to the bus stop to the city, around a 20-30 mins walk from the city. Mandatory check out at 10am.

  Our hostess met us at the door and explained everything to us. She also met us when we were leaving. We were having difficulty trying to order a taxi to get back to the train station. She called for us and had a taxi at the residence within a couple of minutes.

  The Owner Denis was amazing. We had a booking for an apartment it was too level and when Denis realised we had 5 suitcases and there was no lift in that apartment, he made arrangement to move us to another building that had a lift and gave us upgraded.
  The Aparmrent was wow. We had a balcony and it over looked the Pantheon. Just wow. Thank you Denis for looking after us . We will stay again here on our next visit.

  Rooms were large, all renovated, ac worked as a glove, appliances are all new and includes a patio.
  Less than 20 mins walk to Florence city center.
  If you go to florence I highly recommend staying here.

  Very clean, well organized apartment. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Marina as a host is excellent and the location was perfect to explore both the central part of the city to do all the tourist stuff and also giving the opportunity to mingle with locals which for me is perfect
