  Location was superb. Accommodation and facilities were fantastic. Hosts were terrific. View of the Duomo from the lounge window was incredible. The place was so close to all the attractions we could walk everywhere. Having to climb 4 sets of stairs to get to the lift was a bit daunting but grateful the lift was there for the rest of it. Would stay there again any time and recommend it to everyone. Hosts were very quick to help solve any problem.

  The location was outstanding and the view was amazing! It was clean, bright and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. There are about 30 stairs up to the elevator which could be difficult for some.

  They met us at the door when we arrived by taxi. Very easy to communicate with them and kept up to date with our arrival plans. There is one flight of stairs before the lift, just fyi.

  Fabulous modern apartment with a lot of space and beautiful design finishes. The location was close to Duomo and 8 min walk to both Uffizi and Accademia. 4 bathrooms! The hosts were wonderful. Kitchen well equipped, tote shopping bags in rooms and glass water jugs provided to store the filtered drinking water on tap. Great restaurant next door and nice welcome binder with other recommendations. Several guidebooks available in the apartment to borrow for you excursions.
