  Ilaria our host was very welcoming, always staying in touch from beginning to end. She provided lots of information of places to visit and eat. The apartment was very clean. Location was great, in the Oltrano district away from all the busyness. Safe location, lots of breakfast and dinner options. Overall great stay!

  The owners guided us with regular updates on local information. We never met but a WhatsApp would come through. Really thoughtful people.
  
  The accommodation was perfectly situated: the C4 bus right outside, the River Arno just behind leading to the historical town. Restaurants and bars to the east and west. There's also a small wine shop across the road; lovely retailer. You can't buy wine in Florence after 9pm though.
  
  Inside the apartment: super bathroom, perfect gallery kitchen, dining table which we covered with maps and information morning noon and night. The beds have memory foam mattresses which after a long day walking were perfect.
  
  It's also great value: we are 2 travelling companions and needed two bedrooms. Very hard to find in a moderate price range. The single bedroom was very small but at least there was a single bedroom. Very cleverly designed.
