My room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with those little touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience. The furnishings strike a nice balance between traditional Tuscan charm and modern comfort — think exposed beams paired with contemporary lighting. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail: quality linens, a well-stocked minibar, and windows that actually open to let in that gorgeous Tuscan air. The bathroom was modern and well-appointed, though nothing overly flashy. It’s the kind of space where you can genuinely relax after a day of exploring.

The restaurant here deserves special mention — they’re clearly working with local suppliers because everything tastes incredibly fresh and authentic. I had one of the best ribollita soups of my entire trip, and their wine selection showcases some excellent local producers you might not discover otherwise. Breakfast was solid too, with a good mix of Italian classics and international options. The staff seems genuinely knowledgeable about the area and happy to share recommendations, which made a real difference in planning my days out.
