  This apartment was very well located just a short walk to the Duomo. Very nice interior with washing machine and clothes dryer. Easy access to apartment too. Ensuite and separate second bathroom were lovely. I would stay here again.

  Apartment was very well furnished, heating was excellent, washing machine AND dryer very handy and overall a beautiful apartment. Location was excellent and parking was available in a garage across the road making drop off easy. There are stairs, but who doesn't need some stairs when they are eating there way through Italy.

  Very spacious and modern apartment on a 4th floor with capacity to comfortably accommodate 6 people, with 2 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen with a full-size fridge, washing machine and dryer, well-equipped, clean and wonderfully located at walking distance to the center of Florence. The Duomo is just about 4 blocks when you get to the street level, with lot of restaurants, cafes and shops around. The building itself is old, which is visible on the aspect of walls and stairs and would be the first impression you may get when you enter (a lot of character). On the contrary, the apartment reflects on a much more recent full renovation, and it is very nice. Hard to find something this nice in an old city like Florence. There is no elevator though, so you will have to carry the luggage through the stairs all the way up to the 4th floor. If you chose to have a car while in Florence, which we didn't, there are about 3 or 4 parking garages nearby the building.
