  The staff is amazing, trying to make your life as easy as possible, including soya milk cappuccino 🙂 The bar and garden area are very relaxing. The hotel restaurant serves good food. The property is very clean as well.

  Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, free parking, nice pool and spa area, and really close to the Chianciano thermal baths. Would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.

  Stayed the night on transit. Free car parking is available underground (good to be away from the brutal summer sun!).
  
  The bedroom was large and bed was very comfortable.
  
  Rooms and ensuite bathroom is clean. The room I stayed in the bathroom was notably dating (I'd guess 15 years+ maybe?) though perfectly adequate.
  
  The spa is very nice with pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and relaxing room where you have various water and apples/fruit available to you. On arrival, you request a dressing gown and flip flops for he spa/outdoor swimming pool. You need to return the gown and get a "return card" otherwise you will get stung for the dressing gown!
  
  Breakfast was plentiful, some hot foods (sausages, eggs) a large selection of continental (pastries, cold meats, bread) and fruit. Hot drinks was ordered from the counter.
