Via de’ Tornabuoni is right there for shopping, and you can walk to the Uffizi in about five minutes. The staff genuinely knows the city well and can point you toward the good gelato spots that aren’t tourist traps. Parking is… well, it’s Florence, so forget about driving, but the hotel can arrange transfers if you need them. The 8.6 rating feels about right – it’s polished and comfortable without being flashy, and the art theme gives it personality without feeling gimmicky. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if you want to be in the centro storico but prefer a quieter base than some of the bigger hotels on the main drags.
