  The property was adorable. It was very functional, clean and spacious. The bathroom was amazing with a clean, big shower. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable.

  We liked the building, the large apartment, comfortable bed and sofa bed, fully stocked kitchen (with dishwasher, basics such as olive oil, salt, sugar), the coffeemaker, the large windows, the excellent air conditioning unit that was quiet and efficiently cooled the entire apartment, the large mirror in the living room, the rustic old elevator (what charm!), the very very nice bathroom and shower! There were many extras considered (umbrella, iron, laundry). There were clear directions in the kitchen on how to use the stove. The host communicated well via messaging and was always available to answer questions. Florence was one of our favorite cities to visit and staying here made it even better. Thank you Giovanni!

  The instructions were provided in advance of our arrival and were clear to understand. Also the owner was kind enough to let us check in early so that we can drop off our luggage and start site seeing. The owner also provided a binder with valuable information about great local restaurants and location of essential stores like grocery stores.
