  Comfortable and clean. Just the perfect distance from the old city (20 min walk to Duomo) and local amenities (train station, supermarkets) just around the corner. We felt very safe and always knew Matteo was available to help if needed. Great pizza from the little trattoria next to the apartment.

  The host Matteo is very kind, he came to the place even if we arrived around midnight. He quickly replies to any of our questions using Whatsapp. He gave us a lot of valuable information (restaurants, transport options, places to see and where to go for shopping, etc.) The apartment is really huge and comfortable with two bathrooms (extra points here!). It has also a nice garden (we used it for the breakfast time). The special option is to go the LaFarina restaurant which is located just a few steps next to the apartment (recommended Fiorentina steak was excellent).

  This is an absolutely stunning property in Florence with great facilities and private parking. We are a family of 4 and stayed for 3 nights to explore Florence. It’s in a great location, quiet but with some places to eat nearby (discount at the restaurant next door and the food was great). It’s about 20-25 min walk to the Duomo cathedral. It was exceptionally hot when we were there and the apartment was always cool. Matteo the host met us at the apartment and gave us a tour round explaining everything about the apartment facilities (there’s a washing machine outside) and gave us some tips on where to go in Florence and restaurants etc

  Very spacious, thoughtfully furnished, high quality apartment. Everything we needed was on hand. The air conditioning and washing machine were most welcome for us.
  The location was in a smart neighbourhood. It is a 20 minute walk to the duomo, but we used the bus a few times and there is a train station 5 minutes away.
  Matteo, our host was most welcoming and very organised. We had a super stay.

  The apartment is well set out, and spacious. Easy walk into Florence, approx 15-20 mins…no hills! Or alternatively only about 5-7 mins from the nearest station.Well equipped with kitchen equipment, comfortable relaxed seating in the lounge.. Having the patio and garden was just delightful. Lots of special little touches..plug in mozzie repellents in all bedrooms, citronella candles for outside evening drinks..
  The whole place was spotless…
  Matteo is the perfect host…welcoming, contactable at all times…but not intrusive.
