  Staff is amazing, so helpful and thoughtful. They provide a book of recommendations that we used to make dinner reservations and loved each meal. Location is convenient for all the major spots but the street itself is low traffic.

  Great location and lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to everything in Florence. Very clean and modern facilities with elevator. Room was bright and spacious. Nice casual breakfast provided each day with cappuccino! This was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast type accommodation and we enjoyed the smaller, more personal atmosphere.

  The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our 7-night stay, providing us recommendations for nearby restaurants and even making us a "to go" breakfast bag for our very early morning departure flight. The rooms were clean and we slept wonderfully during our stay (do bring earplugs as noise travels easily in these types of buildings). The breakfast was top notch and a perfect way to start each day. I cannot recommend B&B Isola more highly!

  Everything was absolutely perfect. The breakfasts were excellent – better than any other place we’ve been, the room was lovely, clean and comfy, the neighborhood was beautiful, and we absolutely loved the people looking after us. Beatrice and Lorenzo were unbelievably lovely.. gave wonderful ideas, places to go, directions, etc and so very kind. On the last day our train was cancelled and they let us come back and store our luggage for an extra day, use the washroom, etc.
  They are absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed every single moment 😊
