Aramis Deluxe Rooms
Florence, ItalyYou know what really got me about Aramis Deluxe Rooms? I walked in expecting another cookie-cutter boutique place, but there’s something genuinely thoughtful about how they’ve set this up on Via Nazionale. I mean, you’re literally a three-minute walk from Termini Station – which sounds terrible until you realize it’s actually perfect for that quick hop to the airport, and honestly, the soundproofing is way better than I expected.
The rooms themselves feel like someone actually lives in Florence and designed them. None of that sterile hotel beige everywhere – instead, you get these warm terracotta touches that remind you where you are without beating you over the head with fake Tuscan nonsense. The bathrooms are surprisingly spacious (I could actually open my suitcase on the floor), and they’ve got this rainfall shower that’s not just for show. What really surprised me was the attention to small stuff – good lighting by the bed for reading, enough outlets that actually work, and windows that open properly so you can get some real air circulation during those sticky summer nights.
Location-wise, they’ve nailed it without really trying. Sure, Via Nazionale isn’t the most charming street in Florence, but you’re equidistant from Santa Maria Novella and the Duomo area – I timed it, about eight minutes of easy walking either direction. The breakfast setup is honestly better than most four-star places I’ve stayed at; they do this thing with local pastries that changes daily, and the coffee is actually Italian coffee, not that international hotel stuff that tastes like nothing. Plus, there’s this little bar downstairs that feels like a neighborhood spot where you might actually see locals, especially in the early evening. The staff genuinely seems to know Florence – not just the tourist spots, but where to grab a decent sandwich or which gelato place won’t rip you off. I’d definitely stay here again, particularly if I had an early flight or wanted to avoid the crowds around Ponte Vecchio while still being close to everything that matters.

the closest parking is 3 minutes away and you are close to most of the best restaurants and shops so it's a great location if you plan to visit Firenze
the staff was kind and helpful
What could be improved: as others mentioned, some of the rooms have bathrooms outside their rooms, which is not a real problem but the doors are pretty thin so you can hear whenever someone is exiting their room
an air conditioner would've been nice as well because the room we got had windows opening on the inside of the building and if you tried to open them,a food smell would soon fill room
What could be improved: The bathroom was in a separate room which was very annoying
What could be improved: Noise from the street but unavoidable as one of the main streets.
What could be improved: Although very nice accommodations, I would have liked the bathroom in the room as opposed to going in the hallway.
What could be improved: It was very warm in the room. But if we opened the window to let in fresh air there was a lot of noise from all the other air conditioners in nearby buildings (which could all be seen from our window). A ceiling fan may be a good addition to keep the air in the room moving and feeling cool.
What could be improved: The bathroom was across the hall (though thankfully it was reserved only for our use). We didn’t realize there were several rooms in one shared space.
What could be improved: the entrance into Hotel
Nazionale is a bit unwelcoming. yet one in the Aramis Rooms very comfortable.
What could be improved: The pillows smelled kind of bad.
What could be improved: A little expensive but worth the stay. Next time will pick with breakfast option.
The property is well located in heart of Florence, near the train station, what is very comfortable if you travel with train. It’s possible to ask a parking spot also if you have a car .
Patricia and Marco were super kind and helpful. The place is with AC , so you can really have a relaxing sleep after a long day walking around in beautiful Firenze .
