  Everything was perfect. Clean and spacious room equipped with air conditioning. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator with compliments for free (water, chips, soft drinks). Extremely friendly owner – Susana, that makes you feel at home. Of course her family fully support her. Good breakfast with salty and sweet choices. Most of them home made. Calm area. We haven't used the pool but it was in good condition. We have slept very well there.

  The owner is incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. She helped my mom with parking when she was intimidated by the steep slope of the driveway, and she gave us great recommendations for dinner. Her generosity and care for her guests showed in the way she interacted with people. I would definitely return, given the opportunity.

  Beautiful area. Our accommodation was so nice- felt newly renovated. Plenty of room. Included Breakfast was very nice. Host was very nice and accommodating with great communication. Woke up to a sunrise on our patio looking at the onsite vineyard and a baby deer prancing down the hill with more tuscan hills in the background.

  Very pretty garden, nice pool,
  But the headline was the hostess
  She went out of her way, and made my wife a vegan breakfast that was unexpected and very good

  The service and the care of the owner is amazing, real agriturismo experience, lots of wonderful breakfast sweet and savoury options!
  I feel like I am back in time and we honestly enjoy this place very much. Great drive to Cascate del mulino in saturnia as well
