Chiusi itself is just a short drive away, which is convenient because while the property is stunning, you’ll probably want to explore the local restaurants and that incredible Etruscan museum in town. The location also works brilliantly as a base for day trips – Montepulciano is maybe thirty minutes, and you can easily reach Pienza or even Siena without feeling like you’re spending your whole vacation in the car. Parking is never an issue here, obviously, and the staff genuinely seems to enjoy helping guests plan their explorations of the area. It’s the kind of place where you might arrive planning to stay two nights and end up extending your visit because leaving feels premature.
