There’s free parking right on site, which is honestly a godsend when you’re exploring this part of Italy with a rental car. The grounds themselves are beautifully maintained, with walking paths that wind through olive groves and gardens.

Exposed beams, terracotta floors, and windows that actually open to let in the countryside air — but also proper Wi-Fi and a bathroom that works perfectly. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not always a given in converted farmhouses), and there’s enough space to spread out your things without feeling cramped. What I really appreciated was how quiet everything was at night. Each apartment is individually decorated with local artwork and antiques.

Dining & Hospitality

The restaurant here focuses on farm-to-table cooking, and they’re not just saying that for marketing purposes. Much of what you’ll eat comes from their own land or nearby farms, and you can taste the difference. The pasta is made fresh, the vegetables actually have flavor, and the wine list features local producers you probably haven’t heard of but should definitely try. The staff has this relaxed, genuine warmth that makes you feel like you’re visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. Breakfast is equally impressive, with homemade breads and local cheeses.

  The tepidarium, which had a nice large jacuzzi with bubble and a little waterfall. The garden is beautiful and the bedrooms are cozy and very welcoming. Whenever something came up, the staff was pretty quick to resolve it.

  The property is far bigger than we thought and beautifully maintained. Our accommodation was huge with two bedrooms, kitchen/dining and two bathrooms and the hand painted murals on the walls were stunning. Perfectly clean and everything we could need was there.
