You know what struck me first about Tuscany To Love? It’s actually in this quiet residential pocket of Pieve a Nievole that most tourists never stumble across – I mean, Via Tevere isn’t exactly where you’d expect to find a gem like this. But honestly, that’s part of its charm. The whole area has this lived-in Italian feel where you’ll hear neighbors chatting from their windows in the morning and smell someone’s nonna cooking ragu around lunchtime.

The casa vacanze itself is one of those places that gets the details right without making a big deal about it. The owner clearly knows what travelers actually need – proper shower pressure (thank god), decent wifi that doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and a kitchen that’s actually equipped for more than just reheating leftovers. I loved the little touches, like how they leave local olive oil and some basics so you’re not scrambling to find a grocery store your first day. The bedrooms are spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your suitcase, and there’s this wonderful afternoon light that comes through the windows around 3 PM that makes everything feel golden and warm.

What really sold me on this place, though, is the location – it’s perfectly positioned between the thermal towns and the more touristy spots without being stuck in either. You can walk to the local bar for morning espresso (the one with the red awning, locals will know), and it’s genuinely peaceful at night. No street noise, no party crowds, just the occasional Vespa puttering by. The train connections to Lucca and Pistoia are actually pretty convenient from here, and honestly, having a home base where you can spread out and do laundry beats hotel living any day. Plus, the whole setup just feels more authentic – like you’re staying in someone’s well-loved family home rather than a sterile rental. The 9.5 rating makes total sense when you experience how smoothly everything works, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful local recommendations they provide.

  Appartments very clean and cozy, host is perfect, always ready to help and make your rest better, honestly it was amazing. We had everything what we need.
  Nice and calm place, you are easily can move whatever you want on the trains, Lucca, Florence, Bologna, Rome. Not so far from Pieve a Nievole located small touristic town Montecatini-Terme with train station, and on the big hill his old brother Montecatini-Alto, quite nice cities.

  Perfect experience! An excelent location when is about exploring Tuscany, close to motorway, 40 min away from Pisa, one hour from beach, all important things or places to visit.About the house….is situated in a verry quiet area, is having private parking, witch is a verry important thing. First step inside will make you feel welcome. We had The first floor apartament, the bedrooms are big, exactly like pictures, air conditioning in each one, confortably beds, everything to make you feel like home, dining area with kitchen high standards. Spotless clean, and the acomodation was perfect for us( two adults and two kids ). For everything you need there is an answer, and the answer is Luca, the owner of the house, a verry special person, who can provide all the informations you need. We will definatly go back, HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
