  Luciano and his wife are very warm to their guests
  He suggests good place to eat and tourist spots to visit.
  It has a lift for the luggage.
  He's generous too for the free wine and water dispenser(outside rooms), snacks (bread, coffee &tea).
  The place is clean, good wifi and of course AC (it's a must for the summer heat).
  Very good location- near Santa Maria Novella Station, a lot of places to eat around.
  What I love the most is the oldest pharmacy in the world just in front of the building- Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella.

  What a unique apartment. It has a stand-alone bedroom that you walk into from the entrance with a queen-sized bed, and it has a very large adjacent sitting room (separated by glass doors from the bedroom) with two queen-sized sofas that pull out into beds. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. There was also a nice outdoor deck off the living space with table & chairs to enjoy a late-night glass of wine or early morning coffee. The most unique part of the place was the ceilings – they are painted with beautiful motifs! Luciano & his wife were wonderful & very helpful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. I highly recommend.
