  First of all, the conclusion is that staying here is an unforgettable and excellent journey and memory. The location is perfect to easily walk to most of Florence's sights and sounds. The facilities inside are not only modern and well equipped, but more importantly the outdoor terrace is a great angle to see the top of the cathedral and the bell tower, both day and night. The staff here are very friendly. I lost a ring on the terrace. The staff even pried up the floor to help me look for it and eventually managed to find it. I have to say that the hardware of the room and the conscientiousness of the staff were unforgettable. If I go to Florence next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

  The location is absolutely amazing and so is the view there was plenty of space for me and my husband for our honeymoon even with two giant check-ins! The breakfast was also amazing it was the perfect start to the day!

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and there were plenty of things we loved about it. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Florence, just a few minutes’ walk from the Duomo. It was incredibly convenient for sightseeing, which made exploring the city so easy.
  
  The room itself was perfect for a couple’s getaway. It had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the little touches, like the snacks and a full bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The building also had an elevator, which was really helpful for getting our luggage up, though there were still a few steps to reach the door.
