  Good location within walking distance of the old town, Duomo, Uffizi gallery, Ponte Vecchio etc. Lovely spa pool, plus rooftop hot tub and secure underground parking with in Florence was a definite plus. We had a lovely large room in the original part of the building with a lovely classical decorated high ceiling, can’t comment on rooms in newer section but I’ve no doubt they were of similar quality.

  The hotel provided a warm welcome – the staff were always very helpful. Our room was modern, nice and clean. The little details in place such as providing a good coffee machine and water chilling in the fridge all add up and contributes to us having a lovely stay in this property.
  The spa/swimming pool area is well maintained and has a nice peaceful vibe.

  Lovely staff, great spa facilities and a super breakfast. Beds were really comfortable and the water machine was much welcomed in the heat of the summer.
