  There are everything inside as your home. Yo see a Washing+Drying machine is amazing for us. Toom is clean, functional. Parking is very easy as in front of the building. I have walked with luggages at least 15 steps. Staff was perfectly professional. Bus is running in front of the property. All in all we are satisfied.

  The place was equipped with good quality appliances, was modern with nice art decoration, and in good conditions . Beds were of good quality (sofa as bed as well)
  .It was conveniently on the ground floor (with bars on the windows if you wanted to leave them open, but we preferred the airco, (efficient but quiet enough) being 37C outside . It's nice that there is a small recess with trees in front of the entrance of the apartment, so you're a few metres away from the street and don't hear the road traffic.
  There is a bus stop close by (17, 23) and the recommended parking to book by yourself is about 100m away (20€/24h). The hop-on hop-off bus stop nr4 (line A) is basically at the end of the street.
  There are a few restaurants within a few hundred metres walk too.

  Nice, modern apartment with washing machine, dishwasher, etc. and within 15/20 minutes walk for the centre of Florence. Plenty of Art works around the apartment. Paid parking on the same street and discount arranged by the host.
