  The location was fantastic, in the heart of Florence. We had a little confusion when trying to locate the entrance, but a quick call to customer service fixed us right up. They stayed on the phone until we were in the apartment. They were very helpful. The apartment is clean and roomy, with kitchen supplies and a washing machine.

  Prime location, right in the city centre. Customer service is also great – friendly, responsive and helpful team. The apartment was clean, well equipped and we especially appreciated the kitchen "starter sets", toiletries and toilet paper – super helpful for a short stay like ours! Lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery shop just 50m down the road. High ceilings with some amazing paintings! Beautiful, comfy and well equipped with luxurious bathroom 🙂

  They have an excelent service!!! We have a problem with the dates and they were completelly understending. The place is really nice and has a perfect location to visit Florence.

  We realy enjoyed the location which is fairly close to the train station and very close to the Duomo and other attractions.
  Quiet and safe area of town and also close to metro station.
  Many of the attraction, restaurants are close by.
