  Florence is a second home for my family. We try to spend at least 2 weeks there every year. This was the first time in the Anita Belle Donne Apartment, hosted by Mamo Florence and I must confess it was above all our expectations. Location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and all the touristic spots. It is located in the first floor of a historic building with elevator. From the windows from the living room and one of the bedrooms it was possible to see the façade of Santa Maria Novella Church. The apartment is beautifully decorated and we found it spotless. Contact with the host was easy, even in the evening. Lights went out after 10pm one night and they promptly responded instructing how to turn them on again.

  The location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Most importantly the staff was very communicative and approachable. Tv had Netflix. Kitchen was fully furnished with a beautiful welcome pack. The check in process was well communicated. We had a great time in Florence because of this apartment.
