  Excellent service from reception who are helpful and friendly. They accommodated my late arrival and also arranged the taxi from Pisa airport. The room was comfortable and the premises had a great atrium in which you can have breakfast. Great location in Lucca inside the wall and close to everything, there is god AC in the unit (much needed with the 34 degree heat and humidity!) and breakfast had more than enough choice. Only slight quibble is that reception is not manned continuously 24/7, but its not really much of a problem since they reply to messaging through booking.com in a timely manner (this is how I arranged for my late arrival).
  Altogether a great experience and I would certainly book again. Highly recommend.
