  We loved the character of the property and the children especially enjoyed sleeping in the loft bed. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a 3 x night stay. I was glad to be able to get some washing done too after lots of pizza and ice cream spillages. Location wise Le Rose is in a great part of the city with lots of excellent restaurants nearby and walking distance to all attractions. We loved it!

  Sylvia is an excellent hostess being contactable throughout the booking and stay. The apartment is located away from the tourist areas so you get a true feel for the neighbourhood. The apartment is as per the photographs on the site so there is no need to explain further. The property is well maintained and immaculately clean and has all the equipment you will need during your stay and air conditioning is in all rooms which is a major bonus especially when it's 35 degrees outside! Although you are located in a busy neighbourhood there is no disruption with noise at all. The old town, with all the sites and attractions, is 10 minute walk away. There are too many excellent trattoria's, bars and cafes to mention in the area and throughout the city. Taxi's are 25 to 35 Euros from the airport to the apartment which Sylvia can arrange if you request. Sylvia also provides a city map and highlights her recommendations for food, etc. which are also available in a folder in the apartment. The apartment is on a pedestrianised street so there is no problem with traffic. We will definitely be visiting this property again in the future.   Good restaurants and bars in the street, but still relaxing and quiet in the appartment at the top floor. The host were very nice and helpful. Highly recommendable.

  The appartment was located in a quiet street but within 15min of walking from the center. It was tastefully decorated and communication with the host was seamless. We were even able to leave our luggage prior to check-in (due to early arrival) and after check-out (due to late check-out). We struggled getting a taxi back to the airport due to high demand and our host went out of her way to support us with this. Thank you for your efforts and the wonderful stay!

  Good wifi, met at door by host, very easy check in, quaint room at top of 57 stairs, air con in Living room and bedroom won't go below 22oC, good kitchen, quiet neighborhood. Excellent clothes washer.

  Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage in der Altstadt von Florenz. Das Viertel in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas abseits der touristischen Zentren. Dort trifft man auch Einheimische und es ist nicht so überlaufen.
  Sylvia ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

  Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement im obersten Stockwerk in der Altstadt. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof zur Piazza Beccaria. Herzliche Gastgeberin, welche nach dem Checkout unser Gepäck aufbewahrt hat.
