Here’s the thing about San Vincenzo that makes this place special – you’re positioned perfectly to explore the real Tuscany without being stuck in some remote countryside hotel where you need a car for everything. The local market happens just a few blocks away twice a week, and there’s this fantastic little enoteca around the corner that serves the kind of natural wines you’ll be thinking about months later. The beach access is genuinely easy – not one of those “beach nearby” situations where you’re actually hiking for twenty minutes. And if you want to day-trip to places like Bolgheri or Castagneto Carducci (seriously, don’t miss the wine estates up there), you’re perfectly positioned. The staff actually knows the area well enough to give you proper recommendations, not just the obvious tourist stops. For a four-star place, it punches above its weight in terms of that personal touch – it feels more like staying with knowledgeable friends than just booking a room.   Apartment nicely decorated, very clean, located on the first floor in the shade. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Location very good. Very close to the beach and supermarket. Peace and quiet. A surprise for us was the possibility of parking the car in the underground garage.We will remember our stay at Le Residenze di Santa Costanza – Le Dimore with great pleasure. It was our first stay in Italy. Everything was at a very good level! Thank you.

  Spacious (were upgraded), good air conditioning, huge balcony, well equipped (missing dishwasher), free parking, proximity to the town and beach (~400m), great natural beaches a few kilometers away. Pool area was very clean and lots of plants around.
  
  What could be improved: The shower area needs to be redesigned/refurbished to meed today's standards. In general the interior facilities need a bit of investment to make the place look fresh again.

  San Vincenzo is a great place with kilometers of sand beaches with very clear water. Appartments are close to the coast. Helpful personnel, parking for free, pool on the rooftop.
