  I like how everyone was nice and how easy it is to catch a taxi and also buy a bus ticket straight from the hotel I also enjoyed how close it was to the Dome!

  The hotel is located a little bit outside of the city centre, with a bus stop round the corner.
  The rooms were cleaned daily and very nice. I recommend it.

  The hotel is clean and neat, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is out of the city but there is a bus direct from the train station and back so it was convenient. The bedroom window was large and let in a lot of light.

  Matilde the receptionist was AMAZING!!! So friendly, gave recommendations and even helped us to get tobacco when we didn't understand the Italian system!

  Staff at Hotel Grifone are lovely. Gloria and Matilde were so helpful with where to go and what bus to take and generally helpful. There is a bus stop 100 metres away and you can buy tickets at the hotel. The rooms were serviced every day which is great. Fresh towels etc, beds made and bins emptied and room cleaned. There is a great breakfast available to start the day in the dining room, room service and a restaurant attached next door that is open early until late. There is also a pool, sauna and gym. They kindly put champagne in our fridge on arrival for our anniversary and a congratulations note and rose petals on the bed. Thank you for everything!
