  Fabio Appartments is a fabulous place to stay in San Gimignano. It is right in the centre of this beautiful old town and Massimo the host couldn’t have been more helpful. He picked us up from the bus stop and helped carry our luggage up the couple of flights of stairs. He also helped with our luggage when we departed. The apartment was delightful and importantly for us had a washing machine and an outside line extending from the balcony.. The upstairs bedroom was on a mezzanine floor with dormer windows that had fantastic views of the towers. It is a perfect place to stay for three people. All communication with Massimo was via WhatsApp which was so easy. We will never return to SG as this was our third and final visit but we had the greatest time and will take away wonderful memories of our time staying in Fabio Appartments.

  We liked the apartment and it was very suitable for 2 persons. We especially liked the service that Massimo provided both when we arrived and when we left. It is in the middle of the medieval city centre but still quiet.

  Massimo met us outside the city gate and led us to our chosen parking option (underground personal space for 8$ euro per day – a deal!. He guided us through the city up to the apartment – CARRIED OUR SUITCASES!!! and gave us the keys along with instructions of the garage, city, apartment (we used the washing machine and cloths line). Both air conditioning units kept the entire apartment cool during a heat wave.

  Massimo was very helpful during check in and was informative about all the local restaurants and sightseeing. The room was immaculate and had plenty of space and night views from the windows.

  The host was very supportive. He and his wife met us at the gate in the city wall of this lovely ‘closed’ medieval village and brought us to a parking place. He brought our bags to the apartment, so that we could easily walk the steeper roads to the centre where this appartment was. The location was superb. The town was great with a lot of historic buildings and beautiful views. The apartment was big enough for three persons and clean and cozy. And it had an airco.

  Massimo met us at the entrance to the town and provided us with options on self parking or private parking. We chose private parking which was half the cost at the same distance. The benefits were secure garage spacious parking away from the crowds at reduced rates. Massimo assisted us on our first parking the he used his car to take our luggage directly to the apartment entrance. Superb hospitality.

  A wonderful apartment just off the main square which has been very well kitted out with everything you need. It has lots of character & the loft bedroom was perfect for a family like ours. It had a lovely balcony to sit & enjoy the Tuscan evenings with views of the medieval towers. Best of all was the host Massimo who went out of his way to help and gave so much useful information – strongly recommend the 7km walk around the vineyards.
