  The location is amazing if you're visiting florence as a tourist. You can walk to any touristy place within 15 minutes, and at the edge of it so that you can find plenty of taverns that are not neccessarily tourist traps.
  
  It also has plenty of space and 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet. The place does feel old, but in a good way and well maintained as well. The terrace view is amazing, and a joy to have the space all to yourself.
  
  The hosts were really receptive to our needs, we were promptly answered and helped whenever we required something.

  – Appartement spacieux, accueillant et joliment agencé. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur les toits de Florence et le Duomo.
  – Conforme en termes de description des pièces et équipements (3 grandes chambres avec chacune une salle de bain proche). Draps en place et serviettes fournies.
  – Quelques marches pour accéder à l'ascenseur (bien pratique) et pour l'accès à 2 des 3 salles de bain.
  – Bonne literie (3 lits de 2 personnes).
  – Wifi OK.
  – Climatisation dans chaque pièce (non testée).
  – Porte d'entrée sécurisée.
  
  – Contact de l'hôte Halldis (via WhatsApp) disponible et soucieux que vous soyez bien installés.
  – Possibilité d'arriver en dehors des horaires indiqués (contacter l'hôte pour le mode opératoire de récupération des clés).
  – Excellent emplacement (entre la gare/terminus tramway T2 et les principaux lieux historiques (Duomo, Ponte Vecchio à moins de 10 mn à pied)).
  – Quartier calme (on entend juste un peu la TV des voisins du dessus).

  Wir wurden persönlich zur verabredeten Zeit in Empfang genommen. Die Lage ist für einen Städteurlaub perfekt und die Dachterasse ist traumhaft schön mit einem Blick auf die Domkuppel. Die Wohnung ist riesengroß.
  Die Betten waren sehr gut.
