  A very nice place to stay in Viareggio. The appartment was very comfortable, and clean. Enough space for 6 adults. 2 bathrooms. Bakery and small shops in the neighbourhood and above all, a lot of good restaurants.
  The beach is only a little walk away.
  We visited Pisa, Lucca and Firenze.
  We really enjoyed our stay here.
  Simone is the best host by far!

  Nice spacious rooms. The kitchen had all the things you need. A nice little patio where you could sit and absorb the sun in the morning. Close to trainstation. And just a short walk to the beach and the big walking area there with restaurants. Good value. I really recommend this place! We were 4 adults and 3 children it was perfect for us. Great location.

  The house is amazing, newly renovated, it had everything that we needed. The only thing I couldn't find was a mop, we've been there for a week with a 10 months old who is crawling a lot, so everytime she got very dirty, even on the first day ( i don't think the housekeeper moped the floor before we arrived).
  Simone is a very nice, communicative host. Beaches and restaurants are nearby.
  Overall we enjoyed everything, I recommend this house to everyone!

  Lovely location and fantastic quality large apartment that had everything and more that you would need..The host was excellent and everything was really easy as his english was excellent. The apartment feels really classy and was perfect for our family of two adults and 3 teenage boys. It also had two large bathrooms, which were lovely. Great access to the train station, which connects to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and all the main attractions. The apartment is 5 mins walk to the beach and I would recommend this to anyone. A wonderful week away. Thank you.

  Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Excellent communication with the owner. Very nice location, 10 min walk to the beach or 3 min biking. bikes were provided.

  It was realy nice stay at Vilareggio. The house is big enough for 7 people. The location of the hous is ok. Near of beach and bars, market place…
  In the house are 4 bikes, you can used for free. The Kitchen is big whit all the machines ( toaster, watter heater, coffe machine,…) Big place in backyard is great. Big tablle for eat and smaal one for drinking coffe. There is a barbecue you can used it.

  Simone war ein super aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert wenn was war.

  Es ist eine tolle neue renovierte Wohnung, der Gastgeber hat sich um alles gekümmert und auch bei fragen die nicht das Haus betreffen geholfen. Die Lage war ideal, Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants und sogar Gym war ohne Auto gut zu erreichen.

  Verten var svært hyggelig og behjelpelig og med rask responstid. Leiligheten er akkurat som beskrevet på bildene og det var veldig rent. Flott og nyoppusset leilighet som vi veldig gjerne kommer tilbake til.
