There’s decent parking nearby if you’re brave enough to drive in Florence (though honestly, I’d skip the car rental here), and the breakfast situation is solid without being anything revolutionary. What really bumped this place up in my book was those little touches – like, they’ll actually help you figure out museum reservations, and the front desk doesn’t go into zombie mode after 9 PM like some places do. The 9.3 rating makes total sense when you add it all up.
