  Everything. This was a very last minute change from a smaller uncomfortable place to this amazing apartment. It had everything we needed. Lift for our large suitcases, free WIFI, ability to use Netflix, a washing machine which was a must. Nadia was so helpful and provided everything we could need. Quiet apartment and walking distance to Santa Maria Novella station and the main city, it was perfect. If we come back I would not hesitate to come and stay here again.

  This is a beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has clearly recently been renovated and is really well done. Only negative is it a ten minute walk to Santa Maria Novella and about 20-25 to the main sites. We took Ubers home at night, they were expensive but worth it. Really a beautiful apartment just wish it was about 7 minutes closer to the train station and the church.

  Beautiful apartment and have all we needed. Clear instructions to check in. Keyless. User Manuel around the house is available. Good for our group of 5. Location is slightly out of the main attractions but still walking distance to train station. We booked here as there's private parking garage. Nice stroll by the river to Ponte vecchio, doumo….

  El departamento estaba super bien equipado, con elementos de limpieza. Hermoso kit de bienvenida. La cocina bien equipada, las hanitaciones cómodas, una mas pequeña. La ropa de cama impecable. El check in muy facil con cerradura digital. Impecable la limpieza y los elementos para aseo del baño. Super recomendable. Volveria sin dudarlo
