  Hotel is in a great location, it is quite but within walking distance (10 to 15 mins) of all major attractions in the city.
  
  Hosts Irene and Julia were very helpful and friendly, communication prior and during the stay was excellent.
  
  Room comfortable and quite, we were on the 2nd floor and they have a small lift to get you up/down and with heavy luggage was a must.
  
  Small fridge and tea/coffee facilities in room, AC was good as were bathroom facilities.
  
  Good value room in great location to plenty of eating options within 5 mins stroll.

  Instructions to find the property were really helpful, it was really well located and yet it was really quiet. The room was great and the shower was fab! Kate was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay there
