  The location is amazing near Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Montepulciano and Arezzo. I've appreciated the welcome and the treatment for the dog without charge. The breakfast is simple but good and the pool is amazing.

  Fabulous location to visit many many medieval hilltop villages nearby. Quiet and beautifully maintained property. The pool was wonderful at the end of a busy day. Vittorio is a very thoughtful and kind host. He is also a brilliant cook. On 2 occasions he cooked dinner and it was amazing. He also prepares a delicious and very generous breakfast. We loved our 5 night stay.

  The property is beautiful and the location is a 10 minute drive from Castiglion Fiorentino. It is a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with parking with in the property.
  Our room was bright and a descent size.
  The breakfast was a fresh croissant, fresh fruit, bread and freshly cooked eggs were also offered. Tea and coffee is available to guests throughout the day in the dinning/sitting room area, which was very appreciated.
  The summer time should be lovely here too as they have a nice looking pool area in the garden.

  The breakfast was perfect (Fresh breads/fruits/yogurt/eggs/ham/Juice/Coffee). The beds were very comfortable and the place had all the conveniences inside the room. Keep in mind that it is a Bed and Breakfast, so the kitchen is community shared.

  Vicotrio was an absolute fabulous host , nothing wad too much trouble. He's a amazing cook also. His parents are so nice they made us so very welcome 🙏

  La camera era pulita, ampia, spaziosa, arredata con gusto e si affacciava sul giardino con la piscina. Ma la cosa che più ho apprezzato del soggiorno è stato il momento della colazione, sia per la qualità che per l'atmosfera calda, accogliente e piena di curiosità, tavoli antichi, mobili vintage e oggetti del passato che il proprietario Vittorio è riuscito a creare nella sala in cui viene servita.
