Agriturismo Renaccino
First Impressions
When you first pull up the gravel drive to Agriturismo Renaccino, honestly, it feels like you’ve stumbled onto something special. This four-star working farm sits just outside Siena on a quiet country road, and the setting is exactly what you’d picture when you think of Tuscany — rolling hills, cypress trees, and that golden light that photographers chase. The property has this authentic, lived-in feel that you don’t get at those polished resort places, you know? It’s the kind of spot where you can actually hear the countryside.
The Setting and Surroundings
What I love about the location is how it strikes this perfect balance — you’re genuinely in the countryside, but Siena’s historic center is only about a 15-minute drive away. The agriturismo sits on working farmland, so you’ll wake up to actual farm sounds (which is charming, not annoying) and can wander the property freely. There’s parking right on-site, which is honestly a huge relief if you’ve ever tried to navigate Siena’s medieval streets with a rental car. The couples who stay here consistently rave about the setting, and I get it — there’s something romantic about being surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
Accommodations That Actually Deliver
The room I stayed in was in a beautifully restored farmhouse, and you could tell they’d put real thought into maintaining the character while adding modern comforts. The beds here are genuinely exceptional — I mean, I’m usually a light sleeper, but I slept like a rock every night. The rooms have this rustic elegance with exposed beams and terracotta floors, but the bathrooms are completely updated. What struck me was how quiet everything was; the thick stone walls really do block out sound, so you get that deep countryside silence.
Morning Rituals
Breakfast is where this place really shows its personality. They serve a proper Italian breakfast — none of that international buffet nonsense — with fresh pastries, local cheeses, and coffee that’s actually good. Much of what you’re eating comes from the farm itself or nearby producers, which you can taste in everything from the honey to the fresh fruit. They serve it in this lovely dining area that looks out over the vineyards, and honestly, it’s hard to rush through a meal when the view is that good. The whole experience feels unhurried, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to escape city life.
Why Guests Love It
What keeps people coming back — and why this place consistently scores so highly with guests — is that authentic agriturismo experience that’s getting harder to find. The family that runs it actually lives on the property, so you get genuine local recommendations and that personal touch without feeling like you’re intruding. It’s close enough to Siena for day trips to see the Duomo and Piazza del Campo, but far enough out that you feel like you’re experiencing real Tuscan countryside. The combination of comfort, authenticity, and that incredible setting makes it the kind of place you’ll find yourself recommending to friends long after you’ve returned home.
Tuscany’s apartments welcome families with poolside pergolas, cooking classes, and day trips to Pisa’s leaning icon.

Guest Reviews
Sabrina is an amazing and helpful host- gave excellent recommendations for things to do and even went out of her way to call the places and book for us. The apartments are clean and comfortable. A full fridge of cold meats, bread, juice etc everyday AND fresh cakes delivered to your door everyday. The property itself is just so cute, you are free to walk around and say hello to all the animals. Great proximity to the centre of Siena and a great base to explore the region.
Sabrina is one of the best and friendliest hostess we ever met. Due to an accident we were in need of a wheelchair. When she heared of this she arranged one upon our arrival. She also told us how we got easy acces tot the city of Sienna and made reservations in nearby restaurants so they were accesable fo the wheelchair.
We just loved the pastries she brought in the afternoon. Eat them when they're still warm, they're delicious. The ones we did not finish were actually still great the next day, so we had them with breakfast ;).
It was a nice experience to see the beatifull horses when walking around the premisses.
We stayed at the older part of the B&B, which is absolutely romantic. Lots of privacy and tranquillity. But the appartements close to the garden and pool also looked very good. We plan to come back next year.
